Ghee Motichoor Laddu is prepared with drops of besan but the boondis are tiny pearls or mothis! Motichoor ladoos are much richer too, with the batter prepared from milk instead of water and laddus fried in ghee. Motichoor laddoos are eternal favourites for all major events and functions.
